Lead Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or catering settings. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere while providing exceptional service to our guests. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a memorable dining experience through outstanding service. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed while minimizing waste. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and coordination during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tips. Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring all guests feel welcome and valued. Requirements Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the food industry, preferably in fine dining or nightclub environments. Proficiency in using POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) for efficient order management. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to engage guests positively. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and basic math skills for cash handling. Experience with brewing techniques is a plus, along with banquet or catering experience. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by business needs.
