Job Description

Level Design Build is a structural construction company serving Colorado's Front Range, integrating engineering and construction to deliver efficient, high-quality builds. Our team combines deep design expertise with hands-on field execution to produce structurally sound, well-crafted projects. Position Overview Seeking an experienced, hands-on Lead Carpenter / Foreman with strong structural and finish carpentry experience. This role leads crews in the field while actively performing the work—framing, renovations, and finish carpentry—ensuring projects are executed to high standards. This is not a desk-based supervisor role; it is a working lead responsible for guiding and developing team members of varying skill levels. Key Responsibilities Lead and work alongside carpentry crews on-site, ensuring quality, efficiency, and accountability Execute structural framing, drywall, and finish carpentry (trim, cabinetry, detailed installations) Oversee residential and commercial renovation projects from start to finish Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to meet scope, schedule, and budget Train and mentor crew members, maintaining productivity across varying experience levels Maintain a safe, organized job site and enforce safety standards Qualifications 5+ years of carpentry experience; 2+ years in a lead or foreman role Required is a Strong experience in structural framing, renovations, and finish carpentry Background in both residential and commercial construction preferred Fluent in English; Spanish strongly preferred Proven ability to lead crews while remaining hands-on in the work Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must provide own tools required for renovation work
