Job Description

Dollman Construction, Inc. is seeking a lead carpenter/finish carpenter with a preferred minimum of ten years' experience in Custom Residential Remodeling and New Residential Construction. Some Commercial experience is a plus but is not required. We offer competitive pay and benefits based on experience. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check. Must have a valid Virginia Driver's License and reliable transportation. Candidate must be willing to mentor apprentice level carpenters while on the job.
