Up to $2,500.00 Lead Esthetician 📍 Cherokee, North Carolina - Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort We are seeking an experienced Lead Esthetician to join our luxury spa team at Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort in beautiful Cherokee, North Carolina. This role is ideal for a highly skilled esthetician who is passionate about skincare, guest service excellence, and mentoring other professionals. As the Lead Esthetician , you will play a key role in maintaining exceptional service standards, training spa technicians, and ensuring that all treatments are delivered according to established spa protocols. This position combines hands-on service delivery with leadership and training responsibilities . Key Responsibilities Provide expert skincare and esthetic services to spa guests Train, coach, and mentor estheticians on service protocols and treatment techniques Ensure consistent adherence to spa service standards and sanitation procedures Support onboarding and training programs for new spa technicians Conduct refresher trainings and introduce new or updated spa services Assist the Spa Director with retail performance, service goals, and team development Monitor product inventory levels and ensure proper use of professional supplies Participate in technical interviews for new esthetician candidates Support operational needs including scheduling coordination and team coverage when required Qualifications Valid Esthetician License (required) Minimum 3-5 years of professional esthetics experience Experience working in a luxury spa, resort, or hospitality environment preferred Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, waxing services, and product retailing Experience training or mentoring other technicians is highly desirable Excellent communication and guest service skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications What We Offer Opportunity to work at a world-class resort spa environment Competitive compensation Professional development and training opportunities Collaborative team culture Dynamic hospitality environment Schedule This position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on spa business needs.
