Position Overview:
This is a sales-focused position with strong opportunity for growth. We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and patient-focused Front Desk Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced medical spa environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident in sales conversations, passionate about client experience, and driven by results. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating patients on treatments and memberships, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the practice. Prior leadership experience is not required, but candidates who naturally take initiative, lead by example, and support team accountability will stand out. In this role, you will: Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through treatment recommendations, memberships, packages, and retail purchases Confidently educate clients on services and help close sales with a consultative approach Support practice growth through strong follow-up, rebooking, and conversion efforts Create a welcoming, elevated, and professional front desk experience Manage check-ins, check-outs, scheduling, phone calls, and client communication Maintain accurate client records, follow-up notes, and CRM documentation Assist with administrative support, payments, and daily operational flow Help support promotional campaigns, events, and internal growth initiatives Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on results and exceptional service
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a medical spa, aesthetics, wellness, or similar patient-facing environment preferred Proven success in a sales-driven environment with the ability to confidently recommend services and close sales Comfortable discussing memberships, packages, treatment plans, and retail products Leadership experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Experience using CRM systems (JANE), scheduling software, POS systems, and administrative tools Professional, polished, and passionate about client experience Results (KPIs): Generate and support monthly Google review goals through exceptional client experience and consistent review requests Maintain appointment accuracy at 98%+ including scheduling, booking details, provider assignments, and client communication Ensure timely, accurate, and complete CRM documentation including lead follow-up, client notes, scheduling updates, and communication tracking Maintain strong client rebooking percentages through proactive follow-up, relationship building, and consistent client education Support practice revenue growth through package sales, membership sales, retail recommendations, and overall client conversion efforts
