Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and proactive Lead Generator to join our dynamic sales team! Duties Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using CRM software and telemarketing techniques to generate leads and set appointments Engage in warm calling campaigns to nurture existing contacts and convert interest into actionable sales opportunities Qualify inbound inquiries by assessing client needs and matching them with our solutions in technology sales and B2B markets Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies aligned with marketing initiatives Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM systems like Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and follow-up readiness Support marketing efforts by providing feedback on lead quality and market trends observed during calls Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions and negotiate terms with potential clients Qualifications Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development roles, preferably within technology or technical sales environments Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers in B2B settings Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking leads and customer interactions Knowledge of sales processes including outbound calling, warm calling, and customer service best practices Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team setting Demonstrated understanding of marketing strategies and the ability to leverage them for lead generation purposes Join us as we energize our growth through passionate outreach and strategic relationship-building!
