Lead HVAC Installer

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to spearhead our HVAC installation projects. In this vital role, you will lead 1-2 other junior installers to deliver top-quality HVAC solutions, ensuring each system is installed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Location This is a long-time, reputable, family-run company based in Searcy. We do significant work within Searcy, and also from Conway, to North Little Rock, to Batesville. Duties Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish, including system setup, ductwork, piping, and electrical connection Supervise and mentor junior installers, fostering a collaborative team environment focused on safety and quality Ensure all installations comply with local codes, industry standards, and environmental regulations Experience 2+ years of hands-on experience with HVAC installation Familiarity with HVAC design principles Demonstrated ability to lead field service teams effectively in fast-paced environments Valid driver's license with ability to be insured under our policies EPA certification Benefits Paid time off Paid holidays 401(k) with match
