Job Description
Infant Lead Teacher All About Kids is actively seeking dedicated, experienced infant teachers. Lead teachers, assistants, and floating teachers need to be committed to fostering the growth, development, and education of our infant students. All About Kids is a private daycare center determined to provide exceptional care for children six weeks to twelve years old. Our commitment to families and children is at the forefront of what we do here. We want to help prepare your child for kindergarten and beyond. It all starts in our infant room. Full Time Benefits Medical Health Insurance offered Dental and Vision Insurance offered Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day Annual Evaluations Our Infant Lead and Assistant Teachers work together to: Meet the individual needs of the children Develop monthly lesson plans (lead) Prepare classroom equipment and instructional materials for lessons Follow and implement a daily schedule for each individual infant child Interact with the children to support play, exploration, and learning Engage in every activity appropriate to meet each specific developmental goal Present expectations that are appropriate to the child's age and developmental level Plan and implement activities that develop age-appropriate skills Classroom engagement, teamwork Perform digital reporting (ProCare Engage app) associated with the classroom. Instruct students in proper classroom procedures and behavior. Collaborate with teachers and parents on a regular basis regarding student progress and transition dates Communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff Adapt instructional materials as necessary to meet Individualized student needs in the classroom. Participate in staff and training meetings Be timely and efficient
