Lead Installer/ Technician

Hometown Heating , a division of Santoro Oil , is seeking Lead Installers/ Technicians to join our growing team. What You'll Do:

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems Install, service, and troubleshoot heating and cooling systems including boilers, furnaces, A/C units, and heat pumps Ensure jobs are completed according to safety and quality standards Provide exceptional customer service and communicate job details clearly Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service work (with additional compensation)

What We're Looking For:
