401(k) Employee discounts Health insurance Paid time off 401(k) matching SuperFast Kitchen and Bath Lead Kitchen InstallerWestern Colorado | High-End Remodeling Position Overview SuperFast Kitchen & Bath is seeking a highly skilled Lead Kitchen Installer to join our growing remodeling team. We are looking for experienced finish-focused professionals who take pride in craftsmanship, professionalism, and delivering exceptional completed projects. This role is ideal for an installer who wants to be part of one of the top kitchen and bath remodeling companies in Western Colorado and help build the strongest installation team in the region. Lead Kitchen Installers will primarily take over projects after rough inspections are completed and will be responsible for bringing projects through final installation and completion with a strong focus on finish quality and customer satisfaction. Position Options We are open to W-2 Employees Subcontractor Crews Individual installers Installer teams Lead Installers may: Work independently Bring their own crew Be paired with an Apprentice or Journeyman Installer Responsibilities Kitchen Installation and Finish Work Lead Kitchen Installers are responsible for completing projects including: Cabinet installation Crown molding and finish trim Flooring installation Tile backsplash installation Finish carpentry Appliance installation coordination Countertop coordination Punch list completion Final detail work and project completion Jobsite cleanup and presentation Quality and Craftsmanship Deliver high-end finish quality on every project Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites Ensure all final details meet company quality standards Identify and solve installation challenges professionally and efficientlyMinimize punch list items and callbacks Customer Experience Communicate professionally with homeowners Maintain a positive and respectful jobsite presence Help ensure a smooth and professional remodeling experience Team Leadership Lead helpers, apprentices, or journeyman installers when assigned Coordinate workflow and maintain project efficiencyHelp train and develop future installers Schedule Typical schedule: 4-5 days per week Some projects may require longer install days depending on scope and deadlines Compensation W-2
Employee Option:
Pay Range $45-$65/hour Based on experience, production ability, and installation quality
