• Full-time We are looking for an experienced, reliable cook who can handle all aspects of the kitchen.

This is a fast-paced steakhouse environment, and you must be able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Cook and prepare menu items (steaks, seafood, chicken, pasta, appetizers) Work all stations: grill, sauté, fryer, and prep Maintain speed and organization during busy service Follow food quality and cooking standards Prep ingredients before service (cutting, marinating, stocking) Keep station clean at all times Assist with dishwashing when needed Full kitchen cleaning and breakdown at closing Take out garbage and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years experience in a restaurant kitchen Must know grill, sauté, and basic prep Able to work fast and handle high volume Clean, organized, and reliable Team player with a good attitude Must be available nights and weekends

Compensation:

$18

• 25 per hour (based on experience and performance) Paid test shift required Pay will be finalized after evaluation

Important:

This is a hands-on position. You are expected to cook, clean, and maintain your station. No standing around, no phones, and no leaving until the kitchen is fully clean. If you are fast, dependable, and take pride in your work, we want to meet you.
