Job Description

A fast paced Contemporary American Cafe are seeking line cooks for full or part-time positions AM/PM positions. MUST be available for night shifts and day shifts. Looking to hire ASAP and begin immediate training!
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds.
  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Must have valid Food Handler's Certificate, or be willing to obtain ASAP.
  • Demonstrate excellent knife skills.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation.
  • Demonstrate experience on multiple stations in the kitchen.
  • Prepare and execute key components of dishes.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes.
  • Support their fellow cooks.
  • Must be calm and able to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Must be available to work typical hospitality industry hours (lunch, dinner, late nights, holidays, weekends).
  • Must be conscious of physical presentation and have clean work habits.
