Lead Maintenance Technician

Work closely with production team members to identify machine problems and provide solutions; troubleshoot and repair envelope machines, specifically mechanical issues such as replacing bearings, gears, belts, and repairing shafts. Troubleshoot basic electrical circuits. help maintain production support equipment, such as air compressors and vacuum pumps. Perform general facilities and grounds maintenance tasks. 3 -5 years maintenance/mechanical experience Basic electrical troubleshooting Run machine shop equipment, including lathes, mills, grinders, etc. Basic welding and fabrication
