Job Description
Position Summary As a Lead Member Service Representative, you will open new accounts and IRAs, loan maintenance and processing, and conduct teller transactions. You will act as the manager in charge in the absence of the Branch Manager. You will train and oversee member service representatives and teller staff (as assigned). Answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure members are promptly and professionally served. Actively cross sell credit union services. Act as a member service representative and/or teller as needed. Work Schedule This is a 40-hour per week, full-time position, with rotating Saturdays. Work times are between 8:45am - 5:15pm Monday through Friday, and 8:45am 12:15pm on Saturdays. Key Responsibilities Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers. Answer questions and provide account support. Set up new accounts and update member information. Refer members to loans, credit cards, and other services. Help members with problems or escalate when needed. Balance cash drawers and follow security procedures. Assist with online banking, mobile apps, and card issues.
