Lead Mitigation Technician - Water Damage Response Kingston, MA $2,000-$5,000 Sign-On Bonus Paid After 90 Days All Dry Services of South Shore & Cape Cod is expanding its emergency response operations and hiring an experienced Lead Mitigation Technician to support residential and commercial property damage projects throughout the region. This role is designed for someone who already has hands-on mitigation experience and is comfortable leading field activity, directing technicians, and maintaining strong operational standards on active jobs. Primary Responsibilities Respond to residential and commercial water damage losses Lead field activity during mitigation and cleanup projects Perform extraction, demolition, structural drying, and remediation work Install and monitor drying equipment and moisture control systems Take moisture readings and complete field documentation Support daily coordination of technicians and job site workflow Communicate with customers and property stakeholders professionally Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in job-ready condition Support emergency response operations and rotating on-call scheduling Preferred Background Candidates with experience in the following are encouraged to apply: Water mitigation Flood cleanup Mold remediation Property damage restoration Emergency response services Experience with SERVPRO, BELFOR, ATI, BluSky, Paul Davis, ServiceMaster, First Onsite, PuroClean, or similar companies is helpful.
