Senior Mitigation Technician - Property Damage Response Kingston, MA $2,000-$5,000 Sign-On Bonus Paid After 90 Days All Dry Services of South Shore & Cape Cod is hiring experienced mitigation professionals to support emergency response operations involving water damage, flood cleanup, structural drying, and property recovery services throughout Southern Massachusetts. We are seeking a dependable field technician who can perform independently on active loss sites, support project execution, and maintain high service standards during residential and commercial mitigation work. Position Overview Respond to active residential and commercial property damage projects Perform water extraction, demolition, cleanup, and structural drying services Install and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, and drying systems Remove damaged drywall, insulation, flooring, and building materials Record moisture readings and complete field documentation Support containment setup and mold remediation work when required Communicate professionally with customers and property managers Assist Lead Technicians with field coordination and operational support Experience Backgrounds That Translate Well Candidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply: Water mitigation Flood restoration Emergency response Mold remediation Property damage cleanup Experience with SERVPRO, BELFOR, ServiceMaster, ATI, BluSky, PuroClean, Paul Davis, First Onsite, or similar organizations is helpful.
