Lead Night Auditor | Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa Be part of something extraordinary in the heart of New York's Finger Lakes. Our 89-room Curio Collection by Hilton™ resort offers scenic escapes, curated amenities, and year-round experiences just minutes from Skaneateles Lake. Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton™, is currently hiring for a Lead Night Auditor. As the Lead Night Auditor, you will oversee the overnight front desk operations while ensuring accurate completion of nightly financial reports. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who combines attention to detail with leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service during off-peak hours.

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival; provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local area Manage, support, and lead the overnight front desk team to ensure a smooth, efficient shift Complete nightly audit reports, reconcile daily transactions, and ensure all accounts are balanced and accurate Process, modify, and cancel reservations via phone, online, or in person Handle in-house guest requests such as extensions, late check-outs, rebooking's, and billing inquiries Maintain accurate records including guest profiles, payments, and charges Monitor lobby and public areas for cleanliness and security Communicate effectively with other departments and shift leadership Maintain daily logs and audit checklists; ensure team adherence to standard procedures Act as the Manager on Duty during overnight hours
Qualifications:
Prior experience in hotel night audit or front office required (2+ years preferred) Previous leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of hotel front desk operations, book keeping, and accounting procedures Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel Familiarity with Hilton's OnQ Property Management System is a plus Excellent guest service, communication, and problem-solving abilities Able to work independently and lead others during overnight hours Open availability including weekends and holidays
