Requirements for the Lead Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/
Med Tech:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required or active registry status on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide registry. Be at least 18 years of age. Two years of Personal Care experience. Must be able to produce all documentation to prove received certificate in Medication Administration, including observation and insulin administration. Possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Demonstrate excellent teamwork. Be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with residents, resident families, and team members. Possess strong interpersonal skills to support, advise, coach, and influence others. One year Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer's) preferred. Proven leadership experience preferred. APPLY today; make a difference every day!
