This role is vital in ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency on job sites. As a leader, you will coordinate teams, manage project timelines, and uphold safety standards while delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities Lead and supervise installation crews in constructing pole barns, fences, and related structures with precision and attention to detail Plan project workflows, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure timely completion of each project phase Operate and oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery safely and effectively Perform framing carpentry, concrete forming, masonry work, and concrete finishing as required for various projects Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards throughout each phase of construction Skills Extensive experience in construction with a focus on carpentry and frame carpentry Proficiency in welding techniques and the safe operation of welding equipment Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and other construction machinery Strong background in construction site management including safety protocols and quality control Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans accurately Knowledge of landscape maintenance and hardscape installation is a plus Excellent leadership skills to guide teams effectively while maintaining a positive work environment Join us to lead impactful projects that transform landscapes while advancing your career in construction!
