Lead Pool Service Technician

Suave Pools is hiring a Pool Service Technician / Repair Tech to join our growing team in Metro Atlanta. We are looking for someone who is more than just a pool cleaner. The right person for this role has strong critical thinking skills , understands the pool industry, can handle service and repair work , and takes pride in doing quality work without needing constant supervision. This role is ideal for a technician who is confident managing a pool route, assisting with seasonal openings, performing maintenance and cleaning, handling light-to-mid-level repairs, and identifying service opportunities in the field. Residential pool experience is a plus. What You'll Be Doing Assist with pool openings and seasonal startup services Clean and maintain pools to company standards Manage a route of approximately 12-18 pools Perform service and repair work, including motor installs and other equipment-related repairs Monitor water quality, circulation, and equipment performance Diagnose field issues and communicate recommended solutions Identify and help sell service work and repair opportunities Keep accurate service notes and communicate clearly with management Maintain a clean, organized company truck, tools, and equipment Represent Suave Pools professionally with clients and communities What We're Looking For Previous pool industry experience preferred Experience with pool maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs Ability to work independently and manage a service route Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Mechanical ability and confidence with equipment Dependable, hardworking, and accountable Good communication and customer service skills Residential pool experience is a plus Valid driver's license preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Compensation & Benefits $1,700 - $2,800 biweekly , depending on experience Commission available for jobs sold Bonus opportunities Company uniform provided Company truck provided with take-home privileges Fuel card provided Opportunity to grow with a company that values initiative, quality, and leadership Schedule Monday through Saturday Full-time Why Work With Suave Pools Suave Pools is a growing company focused on quality service, strong field execution, and building a team that takes pride in their work.
