Lead Preschool Teacher (Bachelors Required)

Hourly rate is based on Education, Certifications and Experience. Duties Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment with strong classroom management practices Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging activities that support each child's growth and development Observe children daily to assess skills, interests, and needs, and use insights to guide individualized instruction Implement the curriculum with fidelity and intentionality Maintain strong, professional communication with families and build positive relationships Collaborate with Teacher Aides to develop and execute weekly lesson plans and classroom activities Staying current with best practices and advancements in Early Childhood Education Support the Center Director with onboarding and training of new staff and substitutes. Pay:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
