This is not basic labor. We are hiring a skilled installer who understands sign structure, wiring, tensioning faces, aligning letters, welding brackets, and leading a professional crew. What You'll Be Responsible For Operating crane trucks (CDL Class A required) Transporting and setting large sign structures Leading installation crews Installing and servicing illuminated signage Welding and structural modifications as needed Ensuring safe rigging and proper mounting methods Maintaining equipment and jobsite safety Required Qualifications Valid CDL Class A License (Required) Proven sign installation experience Welding experience (MIG preferred) Experience setting large pole signs Ability to work at heights Strong leadership and communication skills Clean driving record Electrical sign wiring knowledge is a strong plus.
