The Role:

We are seeking a versatile Construction & Installation Specialist who can handle the nuances of high-end home care. This role is for a true "Master of the Trades"—someone who can jump from a delicate plaster repair in a historic Webster home to installing custom cabinetry in a new Frontenac estate. If you are a problem-solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in a "perfect" final product, you'll fit right in. Key Responsibilities The "Final 5%": Mastering punch lists to ensure every project meets our 30-year standard of excellence.

Finish Carpentry:

Precision installation of trim, crown molding, and cabinetry.

Specialized Repairs:

High-quality drywall and plaster repair (texture matching is essential).

Light Mechanicals:

Handling minor electrical (fixtures, switches) and plumbing (faucets, drains, minor leaks).

Surface Finishing:

Professional painting and high-end touch-up work. What You Bring to the

Requirements:

Valid Class E Driver's License (required for use of company vehicle).

Benefits Competitive Pay:

$28 - $32/hr starting (DOE).
