What You'll Do End-to-End Oversight:

Manage residential projects from initial permitting through final punch lists.

Client Relations:

Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring clear communication and a "white glove" experience.

Budget & Schedule:

Keep projects on track financially and on the calendar using industry-standard project management tools.

Quality Control:

Ensure every mitered joint and finish meet our 30-year standard of excellence.

Safety & Compliance:

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site at all times.

Requirements Experience:

Minimum 5+ years in residential project management (High-end build and remodel experience preferred).

Expertise:

Deep knowledge of Saint Louis and surrounding area building codes, high-end materials, and complex construction sequences.

Communication:

Ability to lead diverse crews and speak articulately with discerning clients.

License:
