Lead Solventless Hash Technician / Production Lead (Full-Time)

Pay Starting pay: $27-$28/hour

Review:

60-90 days Potential increase: $30-$32/hour based on performance Main Responsibilities Lead bubble hash / solventless production Improve yields and product consistency Protect product quality and prevent contamination Properly handle freeze dryers and wash equipment Track grams returned per wash and overall yield Create, follow, and train on SOPs Train and support production staff Help manage production schedules and workflow Support production floor work, including: Pre-rolls Vapes Extraction Packaging Cleaning and sanitation Must be 21+ and eligible for NY cannabis employment Pay Increase Based On Strong yields Clean, consistent work Quality hash collection Proper freeze-dryer handling No contamination issues Ability to train others Reliable SOP compliance Speed and organization Must have experience with the following: Reverse osmosis water filtration system Particulate filter (3 chamber charcoal filter) 305-gallon water tank with ball valve Chiller Washing machine Micron screens: 160 micron, 90 micron, and 45 micron Slop sink Freeze dryer Hydraulic press Ideal Candidate This role is for someone who can do more than just wash hash. We need someone who can help lead the program, improve production, protect quality, and produce consistent sellable hash/rosin inputs.
