Use hand tools and power tools to perform minor repairs or adjustments on pool equipment as needed. Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, repairs, and maintenance activities for each pool. Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance tasks to ensure a secure working environment. Assist with chemical balancing and water testing to ensure compliance with health standards. Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding pool conditions or required repairs. Experience Prior experience in pool maintenance or service technician roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners. Mechanical knowledge is essential for understanding pool systems and troubleshooting equipment issues. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment repair techniques is highly desirable.
