Lead TA/Shift Leader/Manager

Saint Jean Industries, a world-leading automotive supplier and aluminum foundry, specializing in the design and manufacture of aluminum chassis parts for the automotive, is looking for a shift leader for its 450-person production site. Your mission As shift leader you will manage the production and technical support within your department. Shift leader is in charge of parts production and following set objectives in terms of quality, quantity, costs, and deadlines.

Responsabilities:

Responsible for production, safety and quality during the shift Follow-up Quality and procedures, update procedures if needed. Enforce and apply the established standards (scales, memos, instructions, post quality requirement ...). Identify the causes that affect the quality of production, remedy within its powers and transmit the remaining problems with their detailed and data to his superiors. Organize training, assist his/her team, and participate in hiring. Ensure that all personnel under his/her responsibility knows and respects the safety guidelines of the job held. Validate the recorded of hours of staff and keep the training matrix updated. Take care of the production equipment and manage directly the maintenance technicians, while the Maintenance Manager is not on site. Take the lead and decisions in that matter. Work with CMM lab to ensure the compliance to specifications Follow-up on our improvement plans on the processes and check their effectiveness : setups and process engineers.

Requirements:
