Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Lead Teacher to inspire and guide early learners in a vibrant educational environment. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a nurturing, inclusive classroom that promotes developmental growth, literacy, social-emotional skills, and academic achievement. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality instruction tailored to diverse learning needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape young minds, implement innovative teaching strategies, and collaborate closely with families and support staff to create an enriching educational experience. Duties Develop and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and individual student needs. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and evidence-based behavior management techniques. Utilize classroom management skills to create a safe, organized, and stimulating learning environment for children. Incorporate learning technology tools to enhance instruction and support diverse learning styles. Maintain detailed documentation of child development milestones, behavioral observations, lesson plans, and progress reports for families and administrative review. Engage families through regular communication about their child's progress, behaviors, and developmental achievements. Lead classroom activities that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional learning. Experience Proven classroom experience working with young children in early childhood education settings such as daycare centers or preschools. Demonstrated expertise in classroom management techniques suitable for diverse learner populations. Knowledge of learning technology tools used in early childhood classrooms to facilitate interactive learning experiences.
