Summer Camp Instructor

Duties Plan, organize, and facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, sportsmanship, and social skills. Manage classroom behavior using positive discipline techniques to ensure a safe and respectful environment. Supervise children during all camp activities, including outdoor games, arts and crafts, theater performances, and sports coaching. Provide first aid when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of all campers at all times. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress and any concerns that arise during camp sessions. Requirements Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, tutoring, babysitting, or camp environments is highly preferred. Strong classroom management skills combined with excellent behavior management techniques. Ability to engage children through creative teaching methods. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members. Passion for working with children and fostering their growth in a fun yet structured environment.
