Job Summary Brown Janitorial Services, LLC is hiring reliable, high-output technicians for our residential window cleaning division. This is not an entry-level "just show up" job. We're looking for people who: move with purpose take pride in their work want to earn more by doing more If that's not you, this won't be a fit. What You'll Be Doing Interior + exterior window cleaning on residential homes Screen removal and reinstallation Ladder work and use of professional tools Completing jobs efficiently without sacrificing quality Working solo or leading a 2-person crew once trained Pay Structure (Performance-Driven) $18/hour base during training $20-$30+/hour based on production Your pay increases based on: Job completion speed Quality of work Consistency and reliability Top performers make more. Period.
