What You'll Be Doing Interior + exterior window cleaning on residential homes Screen removal and reinstallation Ladder work and use of professional tools Completing jobs efficiently without sacrificing quality Working solo or leading a 2-person crew once trained Pay Structure (Performance-Driven) $18/hour base during training $20-$30+/hour based on production Your pay increases based on: Job completion speed Quality of work Consistency and reliability Top performers make more.
