Ministry Lead Present Ministry Volunteers Recruit & Train Additional Ministry Volunteers Oversight & Leadership of Student Ministries:

grades 7 - 12 Continue to Grow & Communicate the ministry vision strategy to reach & disciple 100-200 students Excel as One of the Primary Communicators/Teachers to Students Create & Implement on-site & off-site outreach events for students Be a Loyal, Team Player within the Over-all Ministry Team of The River

MINISTRY PRIORITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

for WORSHIP Love Jesus and Love All the People of The River Be a Passionate, Engaged and Energetic Leader of this Ministry Skilled in Musicality (vocals and instrumentation) Skilled in Leading the Worship Team of Other Musicians (Worship Band) & Tech Personnel Relational skills and an enthusiastic presence for leading a medium church (ready to move into the 500-750 range) in worship Lead Present Ministry Volunteers Intentionality in raising-up & giving opportunity to other Worship Leaders Intentionality in developing other musicians & worship team personnel Develop & Oversee all aspects of implementation of weekly corporate worship experiences; working in collaboration with executive staff leadership team. Develop & implement opportunities to use music for evangelistic outreach
