Property Management Hours:

8:30AM to 5:30PM Jones Networking is recruiting for an experienced Leasing Consultant that can assist the Property Manager.

Leasing Consultant Position Summary:

• Answer all calls
• Greet all visitors and show the model and/or vacant units
• Receive and input all service requests into system
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Review rental applications for completeness
• Prepare rental agreements
• Perform all other duties as assigned
• Maintains a professional yet friendly atmosphere in the leasing office
• Help with creative and efficient ways to market the property

Leasing Consultant Qualifications Summary:

• Professional telephone manner
• Previous leasing experience is a plus
• Good organizational and administrative skills.

Pay:

$19.00
