Leasing Agent at a Large Property in Prineville

We are looking for an enthusiastic leasing agent to join our team at a large property in Bend! For our Leasing Agent, we are looking for the following:

• Dependable Work Ethic
• Strong Phone Skills - In Person Visits
• Excellent Customer Service with effective Sales/Closing skills.
• Professional Presentation with Positive Attitude, promoting a positive community environment
• Conduct Daily Advertising
• Self Starter, who can prioritize tasks to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.
• Must be able to take direction
• Ability to Multi Task and be a Team Player!
• Able to consistently implement policies of the community when needed.
• Experience in Basic Computer Skills including Word, Excel, etc.
• Readiness to do other Duties as Assigned.
