Leasing Consultant

Are you a proven leasing professional with a passion for customer service? If so, we would love to add you to our family as a Part-Time Leasing Consultant! We are seeking a dynamic individual to complete our leasing team at our conventional Multi-Family community and provide top notch service to our resident and prospects. This position allows for flexibility of schedule as well as room for growth for the right candidate.

To Be Considered, Candidate Must Posses:

3+ Years of Customer Service and/or sales Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, and other laws and requirements Working knowledge of Property Management software - Appfolio experience a plus A positive, can-do attitude! A strong desire to exceed the expectations of our residents

Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
