Do you enjoy building connections, delivering outstanding customer service, and bringing energy to every interaction? Banner Property Management is seeking a personable, motivated part-time Leasing Consultant to be the welcoming face of our 224-unit community in Glendale, WI. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our leasing operations—leading property tours, responding to inquiries, guiding prospects through the leasing process, and supporting current residents. You'll also assist with marketing efforts, resident events, and day-to-day operations such as rent collection and lease renewals. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective residents through tours, follow-ups, and personalized communication Assist with leasing paperwork, renewals, and rent collection Contribute to marketing and social media initiatives, as well as community events Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property features, availability, and local market trends Provide exceptional customer service that strengthens resident satisfaction and retention Why Banner Property Management At Banner, we prioritize our teams, offer opportunities for growth, and are proud to promote from within.
