Job Description

Seeking child therapists. Evening and/or weekend positions available. Therapists also have the opportunity to work with adolescents and adults if desired. We are a well-established, thriving practice with a warm, supportive, exceptional team of therapists. Our therapists often combine insight-oriented, developmental, trauma, humanistic, and supportive therapeutic approaches in their work. Compensation ranges from 60% to 65% of fees collected, depending on number of hours worked weekly. As a clinic, we: Focus on providing excellent care for clients and creating a supportive, collaborative environment for therapists. Provide referrals, a nice office setting, credentialing, and billing services. Credential therapists with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cofinity, Medicare, and other insurances. Compensation ranges from 60% to 65% of fees collected, depending on number of hours worked weekly.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of children and families to identify therapeutic needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that respond to and understand client needs through a variety of therapeutic approaches. Provide counseling and support to children and families dealing with trauma, ADHD, and a wide variety of diagnoses. Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and growth. Qualifications Licensed Social Worker (MSW) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent credentials Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field (PhD or PsyD) Proficiency in child & family counseling Experience working with children Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation Skills in crisis intervention
