Ability to pass a background check for CAC Job Description Team PAC Group LLC is seeking a Clinical Social Worker•Operational Support to provide embedded behavioral health support within Air Force operational units at JBLM (supporting the Air Force's 62nd Air Wing). This role focuses on identifying unit-level stressors and delivering immediate, evidence-based psychological support to strengthen mission effectiveness and Airmen's resilience. The work is preventative in nature, fully onsite, and aligned with human performance optimization and human systems integration activities. Requirements Participate in unit activities across shifts to identify barriers to performance and build rapport with personnel Conduct intake interviews, biopsychosocial histories, and risk assessments Formulate clinical diagnoses and provide evidence-based interventions Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, and crisis intervention Partner with leadership to create Unit Action Plans addressing workplace stressors and team dynamics Prepare and deliver briefings to commanders on behavioral health trends and risk mitigation Qualifications Current independent clinical license required, such as LCSW or LISW Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited school required Minimum 2 years of post-license clinical experience Prior experience with military populations preferred Experience in industrial/organizational social work is a plus Work Requirements 100% onsite at JBLM Preventive support environment Core-hour schedule Not a first responder role Benefits Healthcare Insurance Federal Holidays Sick/PTO Time Accrual Monthly Phone Stipend Employer 401(k)
