In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and beauty treatments that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Your expertise in esthetic services, combined with your dedication to customer satisfaction, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel pampered, informed, and cared for. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills while helping clients look and feel their best. -This is a part time position -We will offer free training (must have your own models) Duties Provide a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and brow lamination with precision and professionalism Conduct skin analysis to recommend personalized skincare routines and product solutions tailored to each client's needs Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and consultation form systems to accurately document client information, treatment details, and medical records Assist clients with makeup application, hair threading, tattooing (if certified), and other beauty services to enhance their overall experience Educate clients on skincare best practices, product usage, and aftercare instructions to promote long-term results Support sales efforts by recommending appropriate products and services that meet client needs while maintaining a positive customer service attitude Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with active certification in cosmetology or esthetician practices Must have ASCP insurance Proven experience in performing eyelash extensions Knowledge of sanitation procedures, infection control protocols, and safety standards within a spa or salon setting Familiarity with record systems for managing client records efficiently Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients Ability to perform hair threading, tattooing (if certified), and other specialized esthetic techniques as required Sales/ Retail experience Join us in delivering outstanding beauty experiences that leave clients feeling radiant!
