Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Home Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential properties to assess their condition. This role requires a home inspector license. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive inspections of homes, including structural components, systems, and safety features. Analyze inspection findings and prepare detailed reports outlining the condition of the property. Perform quality inspections during various stages of construction to ensure adherence to standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, building codes, and safety regulations. Skills Strong knowledge of home inspection processes.
