Duties Looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent with at least 1 year of experience. Property & Casualty License Required; Commercial Licensed is a plus. Customer Service, Sales and Communication skills are needed. Bilingual is a plus. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention, while also identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance services. Skills Proven experience in sales, retail sales within the insurance industry or related fields. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Proficiency in sales administration tasks and analysis skills for evaluating market trends and client data. Knowledge of marketing strategies and benefits administration processes. Ability to provide outstanding customer service while adhering to HIPAA guidelines and other regulatory standards. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
