Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Insurance Producer and become a vital part of helping clients protect what matters most.   • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
  • Evaluate risk and recommend appropriate coverage options across personal and/or commercial lines
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, and outreach efforts
  • Prepare and present insurance quotes, explaining coverage details, limits, and exclusions clearly
  • Process policy applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and in a timely manner
  • Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and claims support needs
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
  • Maintain proper licensing and complete continuing education requirements.
  • Employee will be required to "cold call" a minimum of ten (10) potential clients per week requesting an opportunity to quote business.
  • Employee will be required quote a minimum of ten (10) property and casualty policies and three (3) life policies per month.
  • Employee will be required to notify all customers with returned payments, lapses, etc. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or another related field preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in insurance sales of similar role preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of the different types of insurance plans including auto, home, business, and life preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in computers and statistical analysis software
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Employee must sign and agree to a non-negotiable non-compete agreement
  • Employee must maintain state licensure in property, casualty, and life throughout tenure of employment
Pay:
From $14.00 per hour
