Licensed Insurance Producer - bilingual

Job Overview We're a growing Farmers Insurance agency serving families and small businesses across Texas and Arizona. Our team is small, tight-knit, and built around doing right by our clients for the long haul — not chasing one-time sales. We're hiring a licensed bilingual producer to help us serve our Spanish-speaking community and grow the agency's book.

Salary Range:

$36,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Requirements Active Property & Casualty license in Texas or Arizona (must obtain the second state within 60 days of hire) Active Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire) Fluent in Spanish and English — written and verbal 1+ year of insurance sales experience Clean background check and MVR Comfort with quoting tools, CRMs, and basic tech Responsibilities Quote and bind P&C policies (auto, home, renters, umbrella) and Life insurance for new clients Conduct full insurance reviews to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities Build relationships with prospects through inbound leads, referrals, and outbound outreach Serve Spanish-speaking clients in their preferred language — explaining coverage, answering questions, and earning trust Maintain accurate records in our agency management system Hit monthly production targets for new business premium and policies-in-force Stay current on Farmers products, underwriting guidelines, and continuing education requirements About Us The Reynoso Agency - Farmers Insurance is a rapidly expanding local insurance and financial services agency located in Schertz, TX.
