Licensed Massage Therapist

independent contractor We are seeking a knowledgeable, caring, and self-sufficient Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team at a professional, client-centered spa. Our ideal candidate is confident in their skills, committed to excellence, and genuinely passionate about helping clients move better and feel better. This is not a "cookie-cutter" massage environment. We value results, intention, and elevated service standards.

What We're Looking For:

Active Florida Massage Therapy License (required) Strong knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics Ability to confidently perform therapeutic and relaxation-based massage Experience with modalities such as deep tissue, Swedish, cupping, hot stones, or specialty treatments (preferred) Professional, polished, and reliable Self-motivated and able to work independently Flexible availability with commitment to set weekly shifts

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, customized massage treatments Review client intake forms and adapt sessions accordingly Educate clients when appropriate on aftercare and wellness recommendations Maintain treatment room cleanliness and organization at all times Clean and reset room fully after each service, returning all spaces to original condition Contribute to a calm, welcoming spa environment

Therapists are expected to:

Keep their treatment room tidy and stocked Sanitize equipment and surfaces thoroughly after each client Return shared areas to their original condition after use Uphold spa protocols and professionalism at all times
