We are specifically looking for Sunday coverage. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional massage treatments with precision, presence, and personalization. Guide clients toward wellness by recommending enhancements, spa products, and follow-up services that extend their experience beyond the treatment room. Embody and elevate our brand pillars: Elegant, Intentional, Gracious, and Authentic in every client interaction. Partner with our spa team to create unforgettable journeys that drive both client satisfaction and repeat business. Contribute to sales goals by connecting clients to additional spa experiences, retail offerings, and resort amenities. Participate in continuous training and personal development—because at Flanigan's, growth never stops. What We're Looking For Utah-licensed Massage Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure quickly). Strong technical proficiency in multiple modalities. High energy, client-centered, and aligned with a luxury spa environment. A natural communicator who thrives on building lasting client relationships.
