Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. The Massage Therapist will work closely with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and medical history. Provide various types of massage therapy, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to tailor treatments effectively. Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment in accordance with health and safety standards. Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring clients feel comfortable and informed throughout their sessions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in occupational health settings as needed. Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress for ongoing care. Experience Proven experience as a Massage Therapist in a clinical or med spa setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience in patient assessment and developing individualized treatment plans is a plus. Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$64.73 - $75.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Schedule:
10 hour shift Every weekend Weekends as needed
