Licensed Massage Therapist (Therapeutic & Stretch Focus) Chiropractic Clinic

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our Chiropractic & Wellness Clinic on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a therapist who values quality care, collaboration, and working in a professional, patient-centered environment. You will work in a newly renovated, fully equipped treatment room within an established chiropractic practice that provides consistent patient referrals. This position offers stability, flexibility, and the opportunity to be part of a holistic healthcare team focused on long-term patient well-being. Responsibilities Provide high-quality therapeutic massage tailored to individual patient needs Utilize techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and relaxation as appropriate Review patient intake information and adapt sessions based on goals and comfort Maintain accurate session notes as required by clinic standards Collaborate professionally with chiropractors and clinic staff when appropriate Maintain a clean, calm, and professional treatment environment Deliver excellent patient care with clear communication and professionalism Provide or assist with guided stretching or stretch-based therapy services as part of a wellness-focused care plan (training provided if needed) Compensation Competitive, production-based pay Compensation includes a base percentage of collected massage revenue Additional referral-based incentives for therapist-generated clients All equipment, supplies, and front-desk scheduling provided Qualifications Active New Jersey Massage Therapy License Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional demeanor and reliability Experience in therapeutic or clinical massage preferred, but not required Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative care environment Certification or experience in assisted stretching or stretch therapy preferred, but not required Willingness to obtain stretch therapy training if not currently certified Work Environment W-2 employee position Part-time with flexible scheduling Spa-like, newly renovated treatment space Supportive, low-pressure clinical setting (not a high-volume massage chain)
