Licensed Masseuse

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Masseuse to join our dynamic wellness team. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment strategies and identify areas of concern Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend ongoing wellness routines to support pain management and occupational health Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant medical or physiological information Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to all health regulations and sanitation standards Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and medical history using clear medical terminology when necessary Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and certifications to continually enhance your skills and service quality Experience Valid licensure as a Massage Therapist or Masseuse with relevant state certification or licensing requirements met Proven experience in patient service with a focus on pain management and physiologically informed treatments Hands-on experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic modalities preferred Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology essential for accurate assessment and effective treatment planning Prior work in a med spa or healthcare setting is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction Familiarity with occupational health principles to support clients' workplace wellness needs Join us in delivering transformative wellness experiences that empower clients to feel their best every day!
