What You'll Do You will operate as a trusted insurance quarterback for our clients: Lead placement strategy with Florida homeowners and personal lines carriers Initiate and manage underwriting negotiations to secure optimal coverage and pricing Proactively cross-sell and round out accounts to strengthen client protection Serve as the primary liaison with carrier partners to ensure seamless processing and execution Anticipate coverage gaps and deliver proactive solutions Build and maintain long-term, high-trust client relationships This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on growth, retention, and client experience. Minimum Qualifications:
