Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW/LPC/ LMFT) to join our team. In this role, you will provide clinical direction, supervision, and oversight to our staff while ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients. Our organization is committed to providing comprehensive mental health services and fostering a supportive work environment for our employees. Responsibilities Provide clinical direction, supervision, and oversight for our community based staff according to agency policies and procedures. Identify and respond to staff training needs, including in-service targeted, advanced, and/or required OBH trainings. Ensure active recipient engagement in all aspects of care and coordinate services provided through MHR and non-MHR agencies. Consult with medical professionals and community agency personnel to develop diagnosis, identify strengths and needs, and formulate plans of care and treatment. Assist in arranging and coordinating the delivery of services within the hospital and in the broader community to address continuity of care needs. Participate in crisis intervention services, supervision, and collaboration according to agency policies and procedures. Lead initial and concurrent assessment and authorization processes, including supervision of support staff. Develop and implement Individualized Service Recovery Plans, Crisis Management Plans, and Discharge Plans. Provide outpatient therapy services as needed and ensure all requirements for certifications, licensure, training, and documentation are met. Complete written evaluations on supervised team members and participate in quality assurance chart reviews. Actively participate in staff, work unit, and department committees, as well as surveys, evaluations, inspections, or state monitoring.
