Utility Aide/Custodian - Second/Evening Shift

Kendal at Hanover is a non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community and home to 400+ residents. Kendal at Hanover is seeking a full-time Utility Aide (37.5 hours per week). The schedule for this position is second/evening shift Monday through Friday, 3:00 - 11:00 PM with a requirement to work every 3rd weekend on a rotation and 2 holidays per year.

Responsibilities include:

Thoroughly cleaning all assigned areas, including all floor care Responding to emergency cleaning needs Ensuring sanitary conditions throughout Kendal Performing heavy cleans in a professional manner Maintaining standards of infection control for self and the community by adhering to infection control policies and procedures Kendal at Hanover offers excellent pay and benefits, including three options for medical insurance, recently expanded Paid Time Off programs, on-site subsidized childcare, and exceptional educational assistance and employee support programs!
